All magnetic decals are shipped via USPS First Class mail. It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure all magnetic decals are clear of defects once they arrive. Once the decals have been used, we cannot be held liable for any damage that may incur during use. If we can work with the customer to establish that there was fault on our side, which resulted in damage to the magnetic decal that we sold to the customer, we can send replacements, substitutions, or a refund. DriveSmartSigns.com reserves the right to render the ultimate decision in such cases. DriveSmartSigns.com also reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. DriveSmartSigns.com retains no obligation to acquiesce the requests or demands made by their buyers, with regard to disputes that arise over their magnetic decals, unless a previous promise or agreement was made.
